This Privacy Policy describes how TB Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Gault mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

• Account registration: name, email address, phone number, and password
• Business information: company or business name
• Property information: addresses, unit details, lease terms, and rent amounts
• Tenant information: tenant names, email addresses, and phone numbers
• Payment information: processed via Stripe (including Stripe Financial Connections for bank verification) — we do not store full bank account numbers
• Communications: maintenance requests and feedback you submit

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system, and unique identifiers
• Usage data: features accessed and actions taken within the app
• Log data: IP addresses, access times, and crash reports
• Push notification tokens

Information from Third Parties

• Stripe: Payment processing, bank account verification (via Stripe Financial Connections), and payout information
• SignWell: E-signature audit trails and signed lease documents
• Firebase: Push notification delivery

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process rent payments and facilitate payouts to landlords
• Send notifications about payments, maintenance, and account activity
• Respond to customer support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud and security incidents

3. How We Share Your Information

Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments and bank verification), SignWell (e-signatures), Resend (email), and Firebase (push notifications).

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TB Group LLC, our users, or others.

Business Transfers

If TB Group LLC is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before any such transfer.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we immediately:

• Permanently anonymize all personally identifiable information
• Hard-delete all financial credentials (Stripe payment methods and Financial Connections links)
• Delete your authentication credentials
• Remove uploaded documents

Anonymized financial records may be retained for accounting integrity with all PII removed.

5. Sale of Anonymized Data

To opt out of your anonymized data being included in aggregated datasets, contact us at support@gaultapp.com.

6. Security

All data is stored with AES-256 encryption at rest. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Financial credentials are handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processor.

7. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@gaultapp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what information we collect and sell, the right to delete your information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your information. Email support@gaultapp.com with the subject "CCPA Request."

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by posting the update in the app and sending an email notification.
